Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Sermon Notes Pro account and associated cloud data from inside the app or request deletion here without reinstalling the app.
Delete in the app
Open Account & Sync, choose Delete cloud account, review the warning, and confirm Delete. The app signs you out after the deletion completes.
Request deletion from the web
Email us from the address connected to your Sermon Notes Pro account. Use “Account Deletion Request” as the subject. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
What is deleted
Your cloud account and associated synced data are removed from active systems. This includes synced sermons and modules, uploaded cloud media, results, Story Library items, venue profiles, rehearsals, collaboration records, and Community posts, comments, ratings, reports, and blocks associated with the account.
What is not automatically deleted
Sermons or files stored only on your devices remain there until you delete them or clear the app's local data. Time-limited backups and limited security, fraud-prevention, transaction, or legal records may remain where required.
Deleting your Sermon Notes Pro account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription through your store account before or after deleting your app account.
